I have to get more tooth put on as my dentist s bad ones have ground down my new bridge and my back teeth don't even meet it hurts my under tooth we're the bridge was put on. I'm so sick of bad dentist s hurting my teeth and iv now had three teeth removed because they over drilled them. I had the issue that bad bite was not fixed in the first place. So that caused pain. I wish you were my dentist.

Thank you so much for your video. My dentist says that I need to have my two little front teeth removed because they have internal resorption. And she wants to put in zirconia implants. However you said that zirconia can’t be made too small. Is it possible to put zirconia implants in the front bottom tooth area? Also she’s an ambassador for the swiss dental solutions ambassador and trains people how to implant zirconia. She’s definitely only an advocate for zirconia. I just don’t know what to think because zirconia is so much more expensive. I also need one of my back teeth pulled that had a root canal and she says it needs to be extracted because it’s getting an infection. So I’m very conflicted about what to do. Any advice would help.

I am very allergic to nickel. When I broke my ankle, the surgeon put in a titanium plate. I got a horrible reaction of itching and pus-filled acne-looking rash. My doc said that it’s impossible to be allergic and he kept doubting me saying that there was no nickel, although the contact dermatitis was exactly where the screws were. Using the screw number identification, the screws that hold the titanium plate in place did have content of nickel, about 5%. I may be crazy, but my body isn’t. ❤

Thank you very informative. I'm currently going through bone grafting on my upper for a 4 on denture after my initial full implant denture failed due to procedure being done in 2014 with very little bone resulting in 2 of my 4 implants falling out "horrible experience". My implants were titanium 2 are still established with some bone left. I hope the bone drafting works but I have a 4 to 5 month healing process prior to replacement of the 2 missing implants I sure hope this works dentures just don't work for me due to serious reflex issues. I wish I could go Zirconia but my understanding is that they are very expensive..

Titanium implants for Dental is not the only titanium implants.. hip/knee implants are titanium too.

All you dentists want is your patients who need teeth get implants. My tooth loss was from severe acid reflux and had many endoscopys done. I’m on a limited income plus l have other health problems with a 1,500 limit dental with my dental insurance. How do you expect anyone to pay for implants l can’t and l’m sure l’m not the only one.

Dr. Balogh, thank you so much for this wonderful video. I already have 5 implants. My oral surgeon used Stroemann implants in first 3 cases (##31, 30 ans 29) but now he completely switched to Noble Biocare. He installed Noble Biocare on tooth #4 (I believe it is made out of Zirconia Oxide, correct?) The implant on #4 seems fine but I am still uncomfortable with the crown because it went deeply into the gums which doesn't feel good. The second Noble Biocare implant was placed on #28 . After it was installed it actually looked too big for the spot, I thought that there was not enough bone to support it. Low and behold, I was right! The Implant on #28 came out completely in 3 weeks. Now I am doing research to find out which implant type is better for me. I feel that Stroemann would be better but my dentist doesn't use it anymore. I went for the second opinion and another oral surgeon told me that he would be using Korean implants (the name starts with an H). I am at crossroads and do not know what to do. Please advise!

Zirconium and Titanium are metals, Zirconia is ceramic.

Dentistry is way too expensive and if it really worked, people would still have their teeth. They encourage you to have your teeth pulled and put you in dentures that don’t fit so they can recommend implants at an average of $1000/implant. I knew a girl who had one implant and it somehow infected her whole mouth and she had to get all her teeth pulled. She said she had beautiful teeth before the implant. She was devastated.

I have zirconia implant done by an amazing dr.Peter Boloug. It was a great process and good quality implant. It healed well and it feels just like my own tooth.

i hate the dentist that gave me a root canal. put a cheap cerec porcelain crown on my molar. now i have a zirconia crown but it will probably have to be replaced. 🥺

My dentist gave me my dentures yesterday and they are absolutely devastating.. end result and now I'm stuck with dentures I can't Wear at all he said since they finished they can't be altered are u kidding me!!? The bottom gum lines are wide as hell they are so so lose all around that they come out half inch my tiunge fits in between it. Top has some wide flat gum lines they don't come up like a wall to enclose on my gums . And the worst is the roof of the mouth part that doesn't reach the roof of my mouth it's half way to the roof of my mouth idk how they failed this bad.. so now I'm upset and stuck with no teeth. I need to alter them myself best I can't please tell me how to warm them up and be able to remold some areas it's the only way I have to possibly rig them up to be able to wear them. I don't wanna hear about buying new ones or getting implants I don't have any money for anything or I'd of already gotten permanent teeth. I'm on wellcare Medicaid they don't care and they cover nothing. So please someone just tell me how can I get these soft so I can try to remold them and I need to push the part that is supposed to reach the roof of my mouth up more. And I need to reshape the gums to go up straighter like a wall not flat and wide like they are. It can't get any worse they are garbage they are never gonna be wearable so I'm ok with the risk of anything. Please how can I soften them to remold them?!

You need a way to heat them without melting them completely! Best advice is first try a hair dryer! This is what they use on cellphones to get adhesive to let go if you don't have a heat gun. I don't know if it will get hot enough but all you can do is try to hold it close and check how soft it gets. Second would be a heat gun to work best. I would only heat from the inners to not damage the teeth but the biggest issue is to remember that in order to shape and mold it will have to be hot! So you risk burning your mouth! And it might require that you do this a few times to get it correct. Once it's good instantly put in cold water to harden it exactly where it is. There is really no other options that won't melt them down completely useless or catch fire if using any type of torch. I figure if nothing else a good hair dryer someone will have if you don't. It may take some time to get it heated but the time between being shapeable and being able to place in your mouth and then harden to have to reheat again will be short as well as how it may burn your mouth so it may take several times for each too and bottom to get it right maybe even several days. Anything you do to coat your mouth will only cool the dentures and harden quicker so one way or the other the only way to do this is gonna be what you can stand! It's your best 2 options. I wish I could offer a better fix but try it! Just know it may take awhile to get it right. The hair dryer may not get hot enough but a heat gun needs to really be understood what range the heat can be controlled in degrees then in both cases look up what temp range a denture is to become playable in the molding process so you know what you need to get close to for even having a chance without a complete meltdown or not enough heat and trying to shape it just cracks it!
