For Windows 11 Home which I use: Go into the Bios Setup, Virtualization Support, under Intel Trusted Execution Technology, switch OFF to ON. Save. Then: As above at 41 seconds, instead of Hyper V, look for Windows Hypervisor Platform, check that. You will have to then reboot PC. I didn't need to do the rest of the video.
