Beautiful work. My boss has been tattooing for 15 yrs and his shading is absolutely terrible. he has no idea how to do soft shading like this. Transition from dark to light is disgusting. It looks so rough. yet his tries to show me how to shade better lol iv only been in the studio for about 6 months and my work is the best his studio has ever seen and I'm far from amazing. my bosses ego is retarded. but his customers seem really happy with his work. his can do a full sleeve in about 4 hours but to me it just looks like shit and extremely rushed. It would take me about 5 hours just to do the forearm but my works a lot cleaner as I like to take my time. he keeps telling me I need to speed up. Inside I'm like no thanks mate I'd prefer to produce quality work over speed and greed anyday
