Regarding being a saint: a friend of mine opened an high-concept restaurant and invited me to try her dishes. They were pretty awful, but I didn't say anything, I smiled and gave faint praise. Does that count?

6:50 You can rationalise irrational behaviour.... it's called hyper rationalisation. 7:30 Evil doesn't exist. We only accuse one of evil to justify our own. This is emergent from Fear. Fear is True Evil. Because fear is what truly leads to the rationalisation of evil behaviour. 16:00 I love intuition as well! It saved me from many pits! I also love the universe! Even if it made those pits!

You were at the core of what SK had to say the whole time, then the Q&A came and the questions showed they did not listen and just wanted to pose their pet question. The presentation, though, was faithfully expressing what SK had to say.

maybe we're not all so different after all guys. maybe if we all agree we suck a little bit and get some things right like these people did we'd all be a little more unified and lookin like the body of Christ. love you all <3

Someone hasn't read Hamlet. He demonstrates love multiple times. Towards his father, Ophelia, his mother, Horatio, even Laertes. Was it complicated love? Of course, but it's still love. Especially filial love to do what he must to avenge his father. Also, to some extent, godly love, since he wanted to make sure he wasn't being tricked by the devil so he put on the fake murder to see how his uncle would react. I hope Cornel West rereads the play. There's a lot more to Hamlet than "he doesn't know how to love".

Yes, there are two kinds of knowing- knowing with the mind/by thinking and knowing by being. Intellectual knowing is built upon hearsay information, received from those ahead of us; it is relative and dependent on many things; it can be acquired and lost. Knowing by being is a direct knowing- regardless of whether thinking takes place or not, no one can deny they exist without being absurd. 'I have/am a body and a soul' is hearsay enforced by the habit of self-identification with what was learned from others. 'I am' is direct experience.

Hebrews 5:14 .... Excellent book and KZbin video entitled: Psychology and the Church: Critical Questions, Crucial Answers Dave Hunt, T. A. McMahon Berean Call, 2016 "Christian Psychology"--an oxymoron? While prominent Christians embrace psychotheraphy, acclaimed secular psychologists acknowledge that it is, in fact, a religious practice under the guise of medical science: So common is the use of psychotherapy among Christians today that many pastors themselves are either licensed therapists or are the greatest source of referrals to professional counselors. In addition, the study of psychology has become the number two career choice for all college students; in fact, the popularity of this "science of the soul" is even greater among those enrolled in Christian colleges, universities, and seminaries from coast to coast. Some of the critical questions and crucial answers this book explores include:* From what ancient philosophical roots does psychology originate, and what are its modern fruits?* Is psychology truly a "scientific" means by which the spiritual issues of mankind may be addressed?* What does God's Word prescribe as a remedy for the social ills of our culture, and is that alone sufficient for the Body of Christ?* Can Christians effectively minister using Scripture and prayer by power of the Holy Spirit, or is professional training required?* Is it possible for believers in Christ to "eat the fish and spit out the bones" with regard to psychology's foundation in secular humanism?* Can the mystic and occultic methodologies employed by secular psychotherapists be "sanctified" for practice by Christian counselors?* Does the wisdom of psychology point to the narrow way of biblical Christianity, or toward the broad path that leads to destruction?* What understanding of "Self" can psychology bring to light that Scripture cannot? The purpose of this book is not to attack or condemn evangelicals who are either practicing psychotherapists or those who have been helped by what is commonly called "Christian Psychology." Rather, this volume acknowledges the value of believers bearing one another's burdens through prayer, fellowship, and the Word of God.

Worst sin EVER....and by worst sin I mean the least fun sin. When it envelops your soul its torture what it makes you do to get away from it is distraction, anything, from small things like looking at your phone to big things like changing your entire life...over and over just to not feel it. But no matter what it keeps coming back.

It’s very arrogant how Marsden places his own opinions over Gods word and the tradition of the church. Marsden is a heretic and false teacher. He bases his historiography upon the atheistic philosophies of Nietzsche and Michael Polanyi. He actually says that there can be no historical certainty of the resurrection since he views it as only a religious fact and does not see the Bible as a primary source of information.
