It was 1968, when I first Heard about they rain, the park and other things, in the middle of the hippie era, next to a friend who had arrived from the United States, named Paul, he didn't speak spanish and I didn't speak English, plus friendship joined us. And this song was constantly programes on mexican radio and television stations. Listening to the beautiful melody again, now in Susan's voice, makes me feel the energy of a whole beautiful time in My life, even when, in tears, we said goodbye to Paul, who was leaving for his country again.

When this song arrived in Brazil I was 14 years old. It played on the radio for a long time and was the song of many teenagers in love. Even today when I listen to it I still feel the same feeling vibrating inside me as I did when I was just 14.
