Bulldozer's still plowing thru, Goose with her first, Malty being Malty, Nursey getting back in the groove, Kristen Campbell making Team of the Year with NHL 25, and Spoony homefully will be back sooner than later. Things are really clicking with this team and it's gonna be a lot of fun to watch and witness! Sometimes a mini break is a good thing, though it can also be harmful, but things are settling in at the right time with the Sceptres. Great job, ladies!

truth hurts they played like crap until today. In a sport like hockey you win or you lose trying to justify the what ifs in a loss isn’t anything to be proud of. It’s a celebration of mediocrity. Admit it you’re scared. Scared for all the awards and high riding your precious little Sceptres earned this season they’ve stunk. And unless their gameplay changes they will continue to be the league’s whipping team. Lol! Big baby crying that failure is good.

No shock at the outcome the Victoire are on a winning streak and are everything the Sceptres aren’t, coordinated, precise, and don’t always rely on their ‘MVP’s to make basic goals. Gosling got a goal a shootout goal but a goal, guess she’s not deadweight after all. I don’t think Fast believes what she’s saying ‘group stayed together not going their own way’ they literally lost two members in a trade and the two they got haven’t done much to help.

No question the Sceptres worst game of the season all their opportunities and they blew it there is no excuse for the way they played. The team with coach of the year, goalie of the year, and two fresh trades and they played like untrained children with lightsabers. Proof titles mean nothing if they played that poorly and Spooner’s return assuming she ever does will not fix it. Next is against the Sirens who have one of the best forwards this season with Sarah Fillier and a shutout goalie in Schroeder odds are not in their favor. The Sceptres aren’t the joke they’re the punchline and if they ‘just stick to their game plan’ or whatever they deserve to be eliminated. If I were Flanagan I’d take the next trade back home she clearly isn’t happy with a losing team like the Sceptres and this press conference shows it.

Another ignominious defeat a momentous trade, putting their ‘goalie of the year’ back in net and they still lost. The ‘controversial OT’ just sounds like desperation to break their losing record. In the unlikely event Carey Price/Spooner does come back it only shows that as a team the Sceptres are so deep in the standings they’ll be the first team out. I'm impressed with how little offence troy ryan can generate with such a talented roster. It seems like his plan is to have the forwards dump the puck in all game and pray Daryl Watts does something cool. It's the same garbage with the national team, goals happen by accident because he has the best players in the world on the roster, it's really embarrassing.
@wordspics25 күн бұрын
Lack of hockey knowledge much? This is the coach of the year for a good reason, people don't coach national teams by accident; they have a great intelligence with how to best utilize their personnel. Troy is a fantastic coach, we'll see if he can turn this around.
@Xvou0uovx25 күн бұрын
@@wordspics He seems like a good guy and the players seem to enjoy playing for him. I specifically don't think he's getting the most out of his players. Well rounded players get pigeonholed into specific roles where they're not able to use their full skillsets as a result of his tactics and player deployment. I would love to see him play forward lines where the players' skills are more complementary than overlapping.

They are pitiful. Trying to hype up their mediocrity clinging onto past titles as if they mean something today. The only reason they got as far as they did last season was because of Spooner who at this point is pretty much their Carey Price. They don’t have any reliable back up players at least Montreal has some consistent forwards outside of Poulin and New York climbed out of the bottom last place they were in last season.
