Hi Elizabeth, thanks for the feedback. I guess we could have customized the topper or our our team members bio hair (by colouring it) so the hair colour is a perfect match. However, the primary purpose of the video is to show you how to put on the topper so we didn’t feel the need to make these changes. When purchasing a topper from us we always spend time perfecting the colour integration and matching. I hope that helps. ❤️. Andrew.

@@ElizabethGalarza1without seeing the topper itself, there could be several reasons for the concern - how the topper is designed, the thickness of the base, the thickness of the hair, how it's styled, etc. If you are local, we'd be happy to take a look at it for you

Yes it is possible. Usually, it’s because the has been topper clipped in too tight ( you can securely clip in the topper with a reduced tension on the hair), or, the clips haven’t been rotated to another location to rest the hair - this should be done every couple of months. It’s a good point to be made aware of. However if you do these basic things you should avoid it.

Hey, not sure of the type of wig you have? If it's all lace, I'd recommend pinning it into the seams of the fabric as it's stronger there. Or, pin it away from the front edge and not anywhere you would part the hair. I hope that helps.

The clips can be repositioned to areas where the hair is thicker. Or you can choose a different size topper to suit your needs. That said, the clips don’t need much hair to remain secure. They are quite remarkable!

Hi James, Yes we can do clip-in for men. Most guys opt to not use the clip-in as they like a more seamless transition between their own hair and the system. Also, it means the unit / hair system needs to be larger in size (you need to clip into better quality hair) and our preference is to keep the hair systems as small as possible, usually just the size of the thinning area - less is best IMHO.

Hi, I think your language is Indonesian? If so, I understand your comment to mean that if she shaves her head it will grow back? The hair will grow back, but it will not grow back thicker or better. Most hair loss is due to an internal biological problem, shaving the hair changes nothing. To suggest that shaving your head will cause the hair to grow back thicker is a myth and misinformation.
