@@geeayebeewhy Okay. I totally agree with you that mentioning someone’s race isn’t racist. However, I struggle to understand what you mean with your second statement. It appears that you are conflating having a personal issue with someone and taking it out with them personally. Example: I personally have an issue with coworkers who sexually harass other coworkers. I have an issue with them on a personal level. I absolutely do not take that issue out with them personally. It goes straight to HR. Personal Issue vs Personal Actions.
