Beautful. Makes you feel theres still hope.. no matter how small. We always stil have a chance, to wake up and look around... realize what we are doing to the world and to ourselves.

Start my day. Large glass of water with either lime, lemon or apple cider vinegar. In the shower get the sneakers on and out the door for an hour walk, best way to start my day👏

I lost 40 lbs with Jon Gabriel's meditations and kept it off for 8 years. Then I changed my diet and gained 7 lbs. I thought I could lose it fast again, but after a few months, I was still addicted to the wrong food. I knew I needed this meditation to help me lose those 7 lbs and get back to the weight I enjoy. I was so glad I found Jon's KZbin channel, and this morning, I lost 1 lb. Thank you Jon, you are the best.

Fantastic video! We use cacao with sound and shamanic journeys and my husband uses it when he runs group breathwork sessions. It is great to find an Aussie sourced sustainable cacao that directly supports the community 🤎

I have just watched Brandy’s Facebook Class. I found the explanation of how our thoughts can help or hinder the healing process to be less than specific… I am inclined to concur that the mind can make a significant contribution to health. From what I have been able to learn in my own healing journey, I understand that nutrition and cellular health are key. After all, the body chemistry relies on electrical charges within the cells to function in the production of energy within the cells and for the repair of malfunctioning patterns in every biological process in the body. I do believe that thoughts play a major role from the Brain (also from the Gut ) signaling in the of hormones & enzymes that promote energy and healing. This suggests that changing our mindset is important to healing, but I find it useful to understand that the “mechanism” of that change is chemical & electrical, which in fact is the reason for the “feelings” we have when all of those processes are working properly. I cannot imagine a scenario that can permanently reverses symptoms of illness without the contributions from nutrition, which seemed to be minimized in Brady’s presentation of treatment strategy.

Thanks! That’s just what I needed to be reminded of. I bought blue blocker glasses over 20 years ago and they sat in a drawer until I heard this interview. I got them back out and put them on right now while I’m working at my computer this evening.

I have been suffering from profound depression, and I remembered this segment from the movie and decided to try it. I took 500mg of flushing niacin, and had the sunburnt itchy discomfort for 12 hours. I read that this is not normal, and that it may indicate a liver problem. I lost my gall bladder decades ago and slowly developed fatty liver after the fact. I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone else, and whether or not it’s safe to continue. The next day I took half as much and barely noticed it, so I’m going to do that again today, and try to build a tolerance, but I wish I could ask Dr Saul for his insight.
