You might be able to but just will take a little longer to dry and hold together.

what size clothespin used to make chair? if it 3" or 4"?

How long you let wax cool before putting in a glass jar, so jar doesn’t burst?

Pre-heat your glass jars before pouring your candle wax into them - this allows the wax to cool at a slower rate and air bubbles can escape to the surface.

i cant get kids can use adult super vision to use hot glue but i tried the white glue and it didnt stick "not to be rude"

Yes, the white glue will need time to dry for sure. Which i know with kids, not easy. Might be best to use another all purpose glue or help with hot glue gun.
