हामी शिक्षक साथीले कसरि पढायौं भनेर कोहि हेर्न आएन । त्यो खालको अविश्वास गर्ने मानिसले पहिलो त हाम्रो प्रेरणामा कुठाराघात गर्थ्यो -- मलाई आफ्नो पेशा प्रतिको मायाँ बारे कसैले प्रश्न गर्छ भने त्यस्तो मानिस वा प्रणालीसंग म जोडिन पनि चाहन्न, अरुलाई पनि त्यस्तै लाग्छ होला । हामी शिक्षकले आपसमा केहि अध्ययन, केहि अभ्यास र अन्तरकृया गर्न पाउँदा आफ्नो शिक्षण अभ्यास सुधार्न सक्छौं भन्ने मान्यतामा आधारित थियो यो कार्यक्रम -- र प्रत्येक साताका छलफलमा साथीहरुका अनुभव सुन्दा निकै प्रेरणादायी लाग्थ्यो । गर्दै नगरेको शिक्षण अभ्यास ल्याएर कसैले सुनायो भने त्यस्तो बेइमानीलाई आँ गर्दा अलङ्कार बुझिन्छ; कसैलाई भिडियो प्रमाण देखाउ भन्नै पर्दैन । त्यसैले यो प्रश्नको आधार के हो भनेर बुझ्न सकिएन, बुझेको हद सम्म अनौठो र उपहासपूर्ण लाग्यो ।

@@sharmashyam शिक्षकहरूले एक अर्काकाे कक्षा हेरेकाे राम्राे हुन्छ भन्ने मेराे विश्वाश हाे । एउटा शिक्षकले अरूशिक्षकले पढाएकाे हेर्ने चाहना गर्नु अविश्वाश र प्रेरणामा कुठाराघात गर्छ भन्ने म विश्ववाश गर्दिन तर मेराे परिवेशमा कक्षाकाेठालाइ ताबुकाे रूपमा लिने कक्षा र शिक्षणबारे कहिल्ये खुलेर न बाेल्ने, अरू कसैले मेराे कक्षाबारे कुनै पनि प्रकारकाे चाँसाे राख्याे भने नकारात्मकरूपमा लिएर ल यसले मेराे जासूसी गर्न खाेज्याे मेराे कमी कमजाेरी पत्ता लगाउन खाेज्याे मेराे मुल्यांकन गर्न खाेज्याे भनेर रिसाउने सके सम्म अन्य शिक्षकलाइ अाफ्नू कक्षामा एक्सेस न दिने पीयर अब्जरभेसन न गर्ने गराउने शैक्षणिक संस्कृति छ । तपाइँ पनि त्यसै साेच्नु हुँदाे रहेछ दुख लाग्याे । कुनै शिक्षकले अन्यशिक्षककाे कक्षा हेर्न मन गर्याे भने उसले त्यहाँबाट केही सिक्न जान्न खाेजेकाे पनि हुन सक्छ । याे मेराे विश्वाश हाे । तपाइँकाे शंकाले नेपाली परिवेशकाे झल्काे दियाे । भीडियाे हेर्ने चाहना गरेकाे प्रमाण देखाउ तिमीले कहाँ राम्राे पढाउछाै भनेर हाेइन । हामी सबैले हरेक कक्षामा केही न केही सिकि रहेका हुन्छाैँ र एवम रीतले अाफूलाइ सुधार गरिरहेका हुन्छाै भन्ने मेराे विश्वाश हाे । शंकालु साेच तपाइँकाे रहेछ । मैले अरूले गरेकाे काम ध्यान पूर्वक निष्ठा पूर्वक सकारात्मक साेच राखेर हेर्याे भने त्याहाँबाट धेरै कुरा सिक्न सकिन्छ भनेर हेर्न खाेजेकाे हाे । तीन दशककाे अभ्यासमा मैले अाजसम्म करीब तीन चार जना शिक्षकसाथीहरूकाे कक्षामा बसेर हेर्ने सिक्ने जान्ने माैका पाएकाे छु । निरन्तर निमन्त्रित गर्दा पनि कक्षामा अन्य शिक्षकलाइ ल्याउन सजिलाे न भएपछि अाजभाेली मैले मेरा कक्षाहरू अभिलेखित गरेर युटुबमा खुला एक्सेस हुने गरि राख्ने गरेकाे छु । म राम्राे पढाउछु भनेर हाेइन । अाफूले पढाएकाे कक्षा अभिलेखित गरेर, त्यसमा चिन्तन मनन गर्याे, अरूकाे अालाेचनात्मक टिप्पणी प्राप्त गर्याे भने कालान्तरमा म मा सकारात्मक परिवर्तन अाउन सक्छ भन्ने विश्वाश भएर त्यसाे गरेकाे । हामीले शिक्षकलाइ परफेक्ट व्यक्तिकाे रूपमा हेर्छाैँ, शिक्षकले कक्षाकाेठामा पढाउँदा कुनै पनि गल्ति गर्दैन भन्ने विश्वाश गर्छाैँ र यसले शिक्षकमाथी परफेक्ट हुने, भगवान जस्ताे कुनै गल्ती न गर्ने परफरमर हुने मनाेवैज्ञानि दबाव र त्रास दुवै उत्पन्न गराउँदछ । तपाइँकाे म माथीकाे शंका र नकारात्मक बुझाइ यही शिक्षकले कुनै पनि गल्ति गर्दैन भन्ने असत्य विश्वाशकाे उपज हाे भन्ने मेरा बुझाइ रह्याे । काेही तपाइँकाे अवधारणा संग अहमत भए जस्ताे लाग्याे कि उसलाइ झम्टिहाल्नु पर्दैन । तपाइँ संग अन्तर्कृया गर्ने सबै गलत नियतले अाएका हुन्छन भन्ने छैन । म अरूशिक्षकहरूकाे कक्षामा बस्न चाहन्छु। हेर्न चाहन्छु अरूलाइ पनि अाफ्नू कक्षा सम्म पुर्याउन चाहन्छु । खस्राे टिप्पणि गर्नु भएकाेमा धन्यवाद । तपाइँ किन झाेक्किनु हुन्छ म बुझ्छु । अरूलाइ उपहासपूर्ण देख्नु भएकाेमा धन्यवाद । फुलकाे अाँखाँमा फुलै संसार ।

Some sound patterns ("rules") that you may find helpful: 1) -ed is pronounced as -t if it comes after p, k, t, s, (unvoiced consonants) ... it is pronounced as -d if it comes after voiced sounds like b, g, d, z and vowels 2) -s is pronounced as -s if it comes after p, k, t, s, (unvoiced consonants) ... it is pronounced as -z if it comes after voiced sounds like b, g, d, z and vowels 3) -es sounds like -is and -iz (rather than -es and -ez) using the same rule above 4) -ed sounds like -id (rather than -ed) 5) in words ending in -e ike "make" or "late," the middle vowel is pronounced as -ei (make=meik, late=leit) -... this is just one example of how sounds work with each other (please note your own patterns) 6) Most 2-syllable nouns are stressed in the first syllable and most 2-syllable verbs are stressed in the second syllable (warning: there are too many exceptions) -... with words that can be both noun and verb (so "record" as a noun is REcurd as a verb is "riCORD") ... see 29:40 in this video 7) Stress greatly shifts the pronunciation of words (see "record" above) ... "imPORtang" would become "IMpotent" (a man not able to have sex) or "impaTANT" (a non-word) if you moved out the stress from where it belongs ...- you wouldn't understand if someone says "dukTOR" instead of "DOCter" or "marKET" instead of "MARket" 8) Paying attention to basic sounds ... for example, "cat" versus "cut" versus "curt" versus "cart" versus "ket" ... can make a big difference, but it is only when you ALSO put the stress in the right place that the pronunciation of a word (esp. multisyllable word) complete and reliable 9) Basic sounds can be practiced by creating list of words with them, as well as contrasting confusing pairs, by isolating and in words 10) Nonnative speakers of any langauge face two kinds of challenges: learning completely new/unique sounds of the new language compared to their primary language, and learning to notice subtle difference between "similar" sounds in their primary language and the new language. Especially with the subtle difference (e.g., h in South Asian langauges versus h in English), it is easy to simply become "aware" of the difference, but it takes a LOT of effort to actually "produce" the difference in practice (that's because we keep "thinking" we're doing it right in the new language when we're actually doing the same as in the old language, especially in normal speech). My note: Strategy: Develop your own strategies and work on the strategy for the rest of the month. If the particular strategy works for your extend beyond weeks. Read like a writer. Be slow reader and be on the writer’s shoes to think how the word was used. Memorize words and use it when you write. It is not enough to know the words, but to use it. Learning is a life long process. Look for synonyms and antonyms. Choose a topic that motivates and gather family of words, meaning collect as many related words as you can relating to the topic. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes! Read and take note. Grow your academic vocabulary. Read academic articles. Engage the words in your practice. Dance with knowing your move! 😊 Technology can be useful in certain section but it can also be distracting, and deviating.

Wa. It was interesting discussion for me. Summary of this discussion: learning for vocabulary by knowing synonyms, antonyms, searching new words, contexualise, chunk of words learning), learning from mistakes, not using difficult words but using varity of words in daily need, active reading and continuity in reading and following, new techniques for learning adademic vocabularies (stuff), use right word in right place (writing and speaking), use of CHATGPT or AI servant, use your analogy (GPT), finally, use vocabulary note, use quizlet app, use Collin dictionary extensively for word, stress, sound, word family). But speakers did not explain about paraphrasing tools. I hope they explain in next video.
