A good lap and an informative story about the track Beitske! I have a question. Could you answer? Why do many but not all race tracks have different start and finish/timing lines? My guess is that all pit boxes should be on the same side of the finish line, but not the start line. Is this true or are there other reasons?

The finish line is always the same as where the timing line is. Which is usually quite early on the straight. If you put the start line also there some cars will be starting in the last corner, therefore the starting line is often a bit further down the straight

It's the braking line of the fastest lap, it's to see where they brake, steer, etc. Racing line in the F1 game is green/orange/red.
