I still miss the original show, though, some of the new songs in the new show don’t really seem to fit. I think it was an excuse for Disney to stick IP into an original attraction because some people might’ve thought some of the songs were offensive like how they got rid of splash Mountain, original attraction is going to disappear, haunted mansion?

Fun edit, although keeping the "poor curtains" line didn't make sense because you cut Big Al blowing his nose into the curtain heh.

I was originally going to add some original dialogue afterwards from the heads with something akin to “What kind of Disney movie was that from?”, but my impression wasn’t great so I just decided to keep the one from the new show.

I miss Blood on the Saddle, but I’m happy with Big Al singing remember me. As long as he’s still Big Al being Big Al, we all had a good chuckle! Because Big Al is meant to make us laugh! Plus, the new show did not disappoint us. Its charm just had to be refreshed so that more people can enjoy it including the older generations. I love this show just as much as the original!

Liver Lips has some racial connotations with the new Romeo McGrowl it makes sense with the song he's singing, he's a Romeo type character

The animatronic technology for the Country Bear Musical Jamboree is likely getting updated due to 2 of the animatronics not moving (Henry and who is now known as Romeo McGrowl) so they're not really dead, just broken

People just can't realized that Splash mountain was like 30 years old, that thing was going down someday sooner or later, just like every other attraction that has ever been in Disney, it just sucks that they replaced it with... This... But this is not new in Disney also, like how alien encounter turned into stitch's great escape, tiki room got that shitty upgrade... And more and more, and these were way back in the day Guess old people just love narratives that pushes "people are sooo sensitive nowdays 😡😡😡 ugh I hate this generation" when it has nothing to do with that

The ride looks great. But it lost the nostalgia, we lost one of the iconic mountains, we lost the great sing a long songs, we lost a good story, and we lost the ability to take our kids on the rides that our own parents enjoyed with us as kids. This could have just been uodated without being rethemed.

There are no mountains in Louisiana. This is a Louisiana Bayou. That's why mountain isn't in the name, because it's not supposed to be a mountain.

If you would have done a little more research you would find that while the name "mountain" is in the name Driskill Mountain and Jordan Mountain, they aren't mountains. They are about half the height of the 1000 ft threshold to be considered a mountain. These are all hills. And they are all in Northern Louisiana, while the Bayou is the deep south of Louisiana. There is no way to make this fit thematically. And it's kind of weird that you think people are being negative for just conforming with reality.
