Easy chords, the top chord is a major 9th all you do is pluck the top 4 strings. Bar with the index finger the top 4 strings, and a whole step up use the ring finger and pinky on the D and G string. Bar it on the 10th fret. It's the right-hand fingering that's a little tricky but not difficult at all. The other chords are just regular open chords

The right-hand sequence is like this. Pluck the strings in this order, starting with the thumb on the D string ... this is open strings to understand the right hand D G E B G E B D G E repeat ... then use this sequence of the right hand on your major 9th on the 10th fret a Gmaj9th. The thumb on the D string 12 fret is the 5th of the G chord so you begin plucking on the 4 string using the thumb on the 12th fret which is D.
