That screwdriver would not be allowed to be used in a workshop in the UK because of exposed inner wires entering the tool. Also it Looks like the rubber shroud is missing or split and has slipped down the cable. Best view is at 4.01. PAT failure.

This is great! Exactly what I was looking for to help me fix mine. I believe I have some item that has made its'way under the impeller plate, because I cannot find it above the plate. I'm getting ready to take it apart today.

a pull tab got stuck in mine...then worked its way down into the housing..should I try to take it apart and get it out?
