I don't think what they did was wrong necessarily or deserves to never come back because they did wash the sheets, but WHY did she have to tell them that. I would also not like knowing my sibling has sex in my bed even if the sheets were washed ngl lol. I would much rather not know!

Dave and Busters is an arcade, essentially. You play games and eat food there. I do disagree on your take with the sister being banned. We spend we much time in our beds that they're kind of special to us. The brother expressed his annoyance/boundaries, and she didnt apologize or anything, just doubled down and called him a prude. I think if she isn't going to respect his house rules (which are not unreasonable) he had every right to ban her. Also, I don't know where the wedding story takes place, but in the U.S. we're kind of less strict on that tradition. I'd also heard a married MOH referred to as matron of honor, and an unmarried one as maid of honor. Maybe maid implies unmarried? Love the video!

I think the story about the sister being banned from the apartment was mainly because she doubled down on him and then further insulted him when he confronted her. He now doesn’t trust her in his place because if she gets the chance odds are she’ll do it again

This may not be a popular opinion, but I really think the first person is absolutely a dickhead - they abandoned kids who had lost their mother then left them to effectively lose two parents abruptly. He could have come back regularly, delayed travel or included them. It didn't have to go down like at at all. The kid at the mic was probably only acknowledging what everyone already knew anyway.

I agree with this! I don’t think the stepdaughter necessarily dealt with it in the best way, but that guy seriously just abandoned them. They were not so very old either, and he had effectively been their dad for ten years. As soon as the wife/mum dies, his true feelings towards them came out - while he was their dad in their eyes, they were never his kids. And then to be marrying someone else with children and doing the same thing to those kids that he did to the others! Not a nice guy. Bit of a narcissist tbh. A true dad (whether biological, step, or adoptive) would never just disappear… for three years!

@@bearoflittlebrain7 I think that depends on what the kids were doing at 19 and 23 though. They could have still been at home in which case I would agree. However if they're already in college or living in another state, they would have already been separate lives. He should have at least kept a phone line active but someone can be physically there without being emotionally available anyway so I don't see the harm in spending years to regain your connection with your emotions. If they weren't even living with him at that point, what's he supposed to do? Live in an empty home spending his free time thinking of the wife that was supposed to be there with him?

Even if everyone else knew, you don't get on a mic and tell children their mother will die and the man will abandon them. Those are things you say to a therapist and the man that wronged you.
