In the US these trumpets run about $3,000, so expecting to pay somewhere around $1500 would be reasonable. If much more than that, it might just be time for a new horn, with brand new valves. Such a beautiful restoration that you did! I really enjoyed seeing how the horn went from a nice bright silver plate to a matte finish with polished accents.

What are the process steps here? Pickling, Rinse, Chemical Silver Deposition, Silver Electroplate?
