You can really sense the exasperation and frustration in Neil Crompton’s voice when he said “That’s stupid…I said 15 seconds ago, that you can’t afford to have a crash in these conditions.” It wasn’t said in a “haha told ya” way. He just foresaw what was coming and was hoping the drivers would be more sensible. And the line where he says “They’re all broken. Forget about it.” Genuine frustration.

In the spirit of motorsport passion, I have always barracked for Craig, even though I am a diehard Ford Girl. Craig's passion for his sport showed on and off the track. He always had a smile on his dial. His love for Peter Brock was evident when Bev and Ford sanctioned Craig to emotionally drive Brock's GTR XU1 on the lap of honour, saying goodbye in style to his best mate, before the big race. I am absolutely certain Brocky was in the car with Craig during that whole Bathurst Race.

I do not entirely agree with some comments in this video, Stone Brothers built Good Race cars make No mistake of that, 2001--2005 Marcos Ambrose Pirtek Falcon had GREAT success he was ATCC champion at least one if not two years running before that it was HRT week in week out Boring then SB and MA got together and gave Ford fan something to Cheer about many many times!!!!!!!!!!! JC also had quite a few good wins driving a DJR Ford Falcon, a good operator does not blame his tools when things do not work out!!!!
