Hello fellow Raters, This is not easy rate. I put Slightly meets. We can assume the query intent was David O YOGa, But at the same time, it's not very famous name or channel. It is possible the intent was dave and yoga maybe. Maybe i'm wrong, first gut instinct was FM, not easy rate. Good luck all

Hello raters, I have been here too for rating. Is that rating exam some sort of scam? I have included several remarks to justify my ratings but I have received a result assessment shortly after my delivery, hence suggesting the exam content delivered is not actually monitored.

This is one of the most basic acro yoga moves. If you were injured, then it's some combination of lacking good spotting, very improper technique, and one or both of you not being strong/stable enough to be ready for acro. That's why it's important to always try new stuff with someone experienced, or else be ready for something to go wrong and figure out what happened. Don't try to warn people off a perfectly normal thing just because you did it wrong.

About the spotting: on 1:55 Darius takes a step back so that he will still have straight arms when spotting. Why does he have the misconception that he has to keep straight arms?? It's important that he stays close and it's unimportant for his arms to be straight. Sometimes we do keep them straight if for example you spot something high and that helps you get as close as possible to the flyer but this isn't the case..
