marblehead has a serious issue with racism and elitism. one example, there is a surfer who goes to Devereux beach and literally thinks he owns the place. he slashes people's tires and screams them out of the water, especially targeting LGBTQ people, women and people of color. he is a blonde man, maybe 30ish with a blue pickup truck. dude should be arrested for hate crimes.
@RobRoberts-oq4wj Жыл бұрын
I can attest to all of that being true. he even beat up his wife and went to jail for it. people call him the Devereux nazi
@emmaolivia2824 Жыл бұрын
I had an experience with this person, and I know several other surfers (women, people of color) who has also been harassed by him. this is a public beach, the only public beach in marblehead. how does he get to claim it only for his crew of white men? he is a racist and a sexist, but the worst part is nobody stands up to him. when I was getting screamed out of the parking lot, nobody else on the beach said anything. the people of marblehead need to stop allowing these types of racist and sexist behavior in our town. it is a disgrace

I went to Boston a couple of times with my Dad over the years. He passed away 7 years ago and I always wish I had stopped to take in the simple moments like walking to Fenway from whatever hotel was a 20 minute walk away. He wasn't a cheap man but he'd walk 20 minutes to save a buck.

Hi there! Just wanted to let you know how much I REALLY enjoy your three Walking videos of Salem, Massachusetts! You captured some of my very favorite spots in this special place (Essex Street Mall, Salem Willows, Winter Island, etc), and I ESPECIALLY appreciate that you do not "narrate" as so many videographers do. If you have a comment to make, you write it on the screen, allowing the watcher to simply enjoy the organic sounds of Nature uninterrupted as you walk. I really love that format, and want to sincerely thank you for capturing this footage of these wonderful areas of my favorite town in the world, Salem! Would love to see more from other areas of Salem! (Maybe the waterfront at Salem Maritime National Park? Pioneer Village?) Thank you so much, and keep up the GREAT work! Gratefully, Paul
