I thought the same thing about it looking like borderlands!

I’ve been painting in this style for quite a long time now, so it’s not hard to me 😇 If you can paint smooth solid colours and thin black lines, you’re good to go with this style! You can find timelapse videos on my KZbin and tutorials on my Patreon if you’re interested.

It definitely works well with Orks. I never painted the Veterans of the Death Korps but I painted other humans, from Necromunda for example, so I'm sure it would work with the Veterans too! 🙂

@@thunderbrush I was originally planning to go after the Borderlands style, which already uses a pallette much more tailored to the effect, partly because I don't really like the black, drab and tan of the Korps as much.

I wrote the following in my notes: Khorne Red, Mephison Red, Evil Sunz Scarlet, Wild Rider Red.
