Looks like you didn't get a very advanced setting on the laser, at least from what I've seen. I've seen other people have their whole face change color and peel off.

Do you take insurance or do you take payment? I heard this lady was approved for breast reconstruction from her insurance company cause she had breast cancer and while she was on the operating table they called to say they wont be covering it. I dont wanna deal with insurance. I just wanna help people. Didnt work at all on me and I basically healed in 5 days no real swelling basically none.. I even threw out the antibiotics because it felt like I was red for only three days and then it just started flaking. I didn't peel at all. I only wanted to get this if I was put under general anesthesia, but the doctor didn't have that and she thought it wouldn't hurt me that bad. She had a really strong numbing ointment which it was and it did hurt a little bit, but it wasn't really that bad. She also gave me laughing gas that I sucked a straw with lol I was actually really freaked out because I needed to be put out! I doubt I'll even go back to do it again because I was not put out

What can be done to have no pain during procedure?
@DebbieKnapp-o5jАй бұрын
I had co2 full ablative laser done three days ago. It is horribly painful during the procedure.Because my doctor had to go deep. It is also still sore three days after. Taking talent all every four hours. You also have to do the soaks and aquafor as well as cleaning 2 times a day. VERY RED and oozing and bleeding still. This was my 2nd because the 1st one was not deep enough. All i can say is if you are having it done be prepared for anything. Never ever ever would i get full co2 ablative done again.

Doc I have an interesting question and since you are all about skin care and co2 laser I thought you might know what is going on with my skin I am 12 weeks out from fractional co2, second time, after waiting six months in between. My skin was amazing until this 12 week period I have a circular red spot on my face and it kinda look like ring worm 🤦♀️. I sent my doc a pic and she thinks it might be fungus so I’m applying lotrimin cream today. It kinda looks like a chemical burn. Her esthetician seems to think it’s not fungal and to stop niacidimide and cereve pm and Trent for a week. Have any of your patients experienced this? ❤

Nobody has asked me for my opinion, but her it goes! I would never do this. Never. It's much too psychologically traumatizing to be worth it (to me). Instead, I just take care of my skin the very best that I can (at 60) and most importantly, adjust my standards for myself. Meaning, I have made a decision that I don't need to have perfect skin in order to be happy. In order to feel beautiful. Because it all starts in the mind. There are many other ways to be beautiful, other than having a perfect complexion. If I smile more at others and give them compliments, at that moment I am beautiful.
