I been told it can't be played on a CBG that its too fast but i thought i would ask. Derek and the dominos Layla? what do you think? no the acoustic slow version, but the original
@turkeytrac12 күн бұрын
Anything you can play on a 6 string you can play on a 3 or 4 string CBG. The thing is there might be some compromises in the chords, but you can get it close because you can tune to different notes as long as it's a 1-5-12. Meaning the thickest string is your lowest sounding, then the middle string is the 5th ( the 5th note in the scale you're using) and the 12th is the same note as the 1, but a octave higher, on the the thinnest string. Once you get those down figured, you can play anything. As for too fast? I've play the Ramones, blitzkrieg bop on one, no issue.
@a3xloserКүн бұрын
@@turkeytrac1 yes with chords, but some riffs are easier to play on 3 strings, some harder, so if its a harder one played fast as this one is, it might be too hard to play. if i had the TAB for the main Riff i would soon know
