This wasn’t helpful I just unboxed my grinder. Haven’t a clue where to go from here. Ive never ground coffee before and I’ve never had my hands on this grinder before now - so I don’t know what to do. I thought this video would take me through step by step rather than assume I know how to put it together and set it up for espresso 😢

Dear Breville. If the hot water (tea etc) button no longer had water flowing - what’s the problem.

Ingredients: * 800g chicken breast * Lemongrass * Ginger * Garlic * Red chilies * Coriander leaves * Fish sauce * Sesame oil * Salt **Prepare Steps:** 1. Chop lemongrass, ginger, garlic, and red chilies into small pieces. 2. Add the chopped ingredients to the small bowl of the food processor and process until fine. 3. Add chicken breast, spices, coriander leaves, fish sauce, and sesame oil to the food processor. Process until well combined. 4. Remove the blade and wet your fingertips to prevent the chicken mixture from sticking. 5. Form patties and cook in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side. 6. Use the variable slicer to slice carrots and cucumbers into thin strips. 7. Sprinkle salt over the sliced vegetables and let them sit for 10 minutes to soften. 8. Rinse and pat dry the vegetables before serving with a dressing.

what about the top lid for water refill from the top? The closure is locked very often and need to open it carfully with a knife to fill vinegar in the mechanism. Is there a drable solution?

I bought this many years ago and it's stood the test of time. The waffles are just as light and fluffy and crispy. The recipes at the back of the manual are great! You can adjust the recipe to make it crisper or denser or fluffier. And the little moat-waffle-fingers are a great little treat! I like dipping them in melted chocolate, letting them cool, and then pop them in an at home assembled ice cream cone! Best purchase ever.

I wish I liked this machine better, but I would never buy this unit again. Sent 1st machine back 4 times for service! They finally sent me a new machine, which was also broken (while plugged in and off... would make crazy, loud electrical clicking noises). Sent it back to get 'fixed' and after a few months of use, machine now overheats to the point you can't use it - it won't brew; Breville refuses to help me anymore. I went into 'service' mode - hold down both sing & double shot buttons while turning on the power and found 10 fault codes out of 32 recorded. Can't believe how many people give this machine a good review.

This machine is a pile of garbage. Sent 1st one back for 4 repairs! Yes, 4. After the 4th, they sent me a new one. That unit went back within 6 months for a 'fix'. It's still not fixed and Breville now refuses to help. Never again.

That blonde lady is like the equivalent of a 5 year old in the kitchen. She made the other woman anxious so she messed it up and poured that hot dairy mixture into those eggs and essentially cooked them, then when she grabbed the salt she sprinkled it in so fast she didn’t give the other woman a chance to clearly explain to crush it up a bit first so it’d be finer. She made me nervous the whole time with her overwhelming anxiety! The brunette lady definitely knows how to hold her composure. I would’ve stumbled a bit with her being such a mess. 🫨🫨🫨 Deep Breaths next time blonde lady Just chill.

Confusing. Just purchased this grinder and the names and numbers are in different position than yours. I knew it’s wrong because I’m using the drip machine and the number is 52 under percolator position. Can’t use grind size lower than 50 on drip and drip stops at 49.

Okay, I just noticed a HUGE discrepancy between Phil McKnight’s Smart Grinder Pro and mine, which I’ve had now for only about a week. McKnight’s digital display shows COARSER all the way to the left and FINER all the way to the right. That’s the same as on mine; however, what is different is his also shows (L to R): PLUNGER - FILTER - PERCOLATOR - ESPRESSO. Mine shows (L to R): PRESS - PERC - DRIP - ESPRESSO. So where his PERCOLATOR range is, my DRIP range is in the same area. And while I realize this video was made nearly 9 years ago, what shouldn’t have changed was the grind size that’s appropriate for the different brewing methods. I’ve had my settings for my new Precision Brewer all over the DRIP range, and the grind size is still too fine. Probably explains the over extracted results I’ve been tasting. Since he chose a grind size of “50” for his filter coffee, I just now changed mine to reflect the same, and will try it out on my next pot. While this sounds like a gripe, it’s not, just a learning inconvenience. I wasn’t impressed with the “Gold” setting right out of the box-this could explain why. I LOVE my Precision Brewer (especially the Auto Start feature) and Smart Grinder Pro-as well as my 10 other Breville appliances! 😜

Unbelievable! I used to have a Jack LaLane juicer that I hated kzbin.infoUgkxXHNfxr6U9XrHQpsdjUrKNVP231BfS9q9 But I still always liked the idea of a juicer even after getting rid of that one years ago (and spending $150 for it). Enter this Hamilton Beach juicer. wow. Wow. And WOW! It is so easy to use. The mouth tube is so big! And cleaning is so fast! I just took the bin of pulp out to the compost and rinsed it out in my sink outside then brought it in and hand washed everything. Thanks for including the brush to clean the strainer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Love this grinder! I had this same grinder about 10 years ago and loved it kzbin.infoUgkxgT9MBSx9e68t-vUQXx6S7PB9KPGbAXSz Stopped grinding my own beans and gave it away :( While working from home this past year, I went back to grinding and making fresh pot coffee instead of using pods. Purchased a different grinder at first and it was so frustrating and messy. Went back to my old faithful and remember how much I loved it!! Easy to use/clean, precise measurement, and no mess when pouring into your coffee maker. Highly recommend! Well worth the extra $$.
