On Jan 7th, 2021, Trump called the capitol attack a heinous act of violence. Now he calls it a day of love. The Capitol police testified against the people indicted for acts of violence and destruction of Capitol property on that day. What you are talking about are clips that are cherry picked and edited to remove context in order to rewrite history. Congress had to be evacuated for the first time in US history. Trump sat and watched it unfold for hours before calling his supporters off. The conservative media tried at first to say it wasn't Trump supporters, but Antifa who did the violence. That didn't stick (because the people who were there were devoted Trump supporters and there was no way they were going to say otherwise), so they are now rewriting the narrative to say it was a day of peace and love. You have been gaslighted and you're just going along with it.

I did too. I've worried most of my life but awhile back I was reading a book and there was a sentence that said " Worry is the most useless thing you can do". Something clicked in me and I set about to not worry anymore. It's a journey. I've been a lifelong alcoholic because of it. I started developing ulcers in 6th grade . Have had acid reflux all my life. It's something you have to work on just like anything else. Don't worry, be happy! 😃
