Go into your Connect to board Column settings and make sure "Allow linking to multiple items" is checked.

By using the “group by" feature ( support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/4452237638546-Group-your-board-by-anything) that is available in the monday.com Dev Product you can group your board by a date column. This will create groupings of Past dates, Today, This week, This month and Future dates. If you want it grouped by each month of the year instead you can add a status column with one label for each month and tag the items based on creation month to group by that column instead. If you do not have the DEV product you can use the sorting feature to arrange the items by the month they are created in or add one pre-filtered view for each of the months. Hi, sorry for the long response time here. Do you mean when you click connect inside monday when creating the webhook integration? If so what you need to give it is the webhook endpoint that you created inside make. Also - since the shift from integromat to make you should NOT be using the custom webhook feature/app in make but instead the module in the monday.com app called watch events. If you want predefined subitems to be created, set it up through automations.

Hey! To get incoming emails to appear in the conversation bubble you can set up the Gmail/ Outlook integration "When an email from this email column is received, add it as an update". You could also Use the monday.com native app Emails & Activities which automatically track all in and outgoing emails.

Hi Josh, I think I understand what you are struggling with. Yes Lucas showed prebuilt scenarios, what you need to to is fetch the Schema. That means when you are creating your scenario, press run once and then activate the trigger, it will then run and fetch you your information. If you mirror the subitems to the main item you can use that column to do subitem based conditional coloring, but only on the main item.

Hi Tejas. The app we are using is one of our own. It should be out on the monday.com marketplace any day now. It is called Auto Connect. www.omnitas.se/auto-connect/ But for now if you only need simple rules, you can use a pre-made automation called match automation in monday.com's automations.
