After the SCOTUS decision couldn't Marbury have taken the case to a lower court that had jurisdiction?

Santeria is an affront to God...and should be prosecuted for cruelty. The affront to the conscience of those who adhere to the Biblical basis of our country is HUGE. Romans 13 shows that what you want and what you think God wants has NO -- absolutely no -- connection to morality. By this road we head to Russian psychiatric hospitals and the 'experts' deciding whether you hold your aberrant religious opinion because you are out of your mind and it now becomes the need for government to put you away.

Great...makes Obama look like a hater and how true that is. It always amazed me that people 'in conscience' fight people who are acting in conscience I like abortion so you MUST like it. Lincoln said that pro-slavery folks didn't want slavery to be just legal , they want you to say slavery is a social good.

Hello friends! Just a note regarding the Fisher V. University of Texas At Austin II page on your website. It shows that the vote was 5-3 and Kagan was in the Majority. She was recused. "Kennedy, J., delivered the opinion of the Court, in which Ginsburg, Breyer, and Sotomayor, JJ., joined. Thomas, J., filed a dissenting opinion. Alito, J., filed a dissenting opinion, in which Roberts, C. J., and Thomas, J., joined. Kagan, J., took no part in the consideration or decision of the case."
