Can the toe bail be swapped out to suit a B2 style boot with no front ledge?

That beta wouldn't work for me as a short climber. I would probably have to heel hook the top of the pinch and get my right foot up to the hand hold first. Then a nasty rock over to the next hold, maybe a gaston on the 2 holds for a toe swap.

Can you talk more about body tension? People always mention it but I’m not sure how it helps

I love this! So many experienced climbers don’t show she ideal way of climbing these super easy routes. I’m new to climbing so I’m mostly trying to look for flags every chance I get on V1s and V2s just to work on the technique/learn to spot applications. It’s surprisingly hard for someone like me to spot these things and a lot of channels seem to forget that
