Same problem here. Its beeping 10 times when i press start. I reset device few times. The weel spin formula 2 times( i dont know how it works that 2 times) and the wather doesnt come out in bottle but it go arount and back in the tank again. So i dont know where is a problem? Maybe the motor is a problem?? It was storage around 1year and not uses. Can someone give me some tips?

Hi Kyle, the adhesive fridge/freezer latch is designed for safety purposes to withstand the force of a child attempting to open the fridge/freezer. It will not add any extra force as it is not designed for sealing purposes, so it is not recommended to be used for this function. I hope this helps. Kind regards, Cheeky Rascals

beware, this is not safe for your baby, as water is kept at 37C (perfect for growing bacteria) and there is no way to disinfect it. Also these units fail within couple months and are non-repairable due to glued and unobtainable parts.

Hi - the idea of a Door Slam Stopper is that it protects tiny fingers from slamming doors and also prevents children from getting locked in a room. When you no longer what the slam stopper in place you can store it on on the EZ-Dock so that the door can be closed. Hope that helps explain it.
