At 10:22 i has stop my right shoulder would not let me put my hands on my waist. I do have tension on the left side my chest, whole arm shoulder rib waist is tight , so that might be the reason 😶🙃

The problem with this video is that Jennifer does not give one any information about how to assess if there is anterior tilt or posterior tilt on one side or the other. So, it’s pretty much useless to do this without knowing which side to target in which way, no?

Whilst this is a very clear instruction, I think it is immoral to say these exercises will relieve S1 for good. This video is instructional but to claim such a statement is wrong. I have suffered with chronic pain due to bilateral sacroiliac dysfunction for ten years which is debilitating and affects my life. I have done many of these exercises morning and night for years and many repetitions but my pain has not improved. I do not think it is right that you are giving false hope to people who are suffering in pain. Such exercises helped relieve some of the pain but it does not get rid of S1 joint dysfunction for good.
