I like the video, but your copy/paste can be done by trimming the clip to the desired bar length, , select it, then SHIFT to copy and paste to wherever the playhead is

Luv your style man ... young forever thru the music and cycles ⭕ I was watching one of your Force tutorials because I'm trying set up a home rig with the force as the centeral unit. I came over to check out your live loops and was like "wow wth!" lol... most music producers using the Force don't have music performance skills especially guitar but you certainly do in spades ..keep up the good work but first please tell me how your guitar is routed in the mix
@acidicloop9 ай бұрын
Thank you. Most Akai Force videos center around electronica, so i wanted to present it doin other styles. As far as the guitar, I havent figured a way to get a proper sound from my boss gt100 into the inputs on the Force, so I run the force into a channel on my mixer, and guitar pedal into another channel on my mixer. I then try to even out the volume between the two. With the boss gt100 having unbalanced outs, its difficult getting a good represntation of the tone through a single xlr input on the Force. I use the other xlr input of the force for my microphone.
@hobonickel8409 ай бұрын
@@acidicloop genius .. I was looking at the Force for similar travels. Regarding the pedals and effects, I had seen a video showing that with a split cable you could use the single channel insert on the back of the mixer. It was a pro tip I didn't know about for looping pedal effects into the mix for any instrument or input channel. It works quite well. I'll see if I can dig up the vid title and channel .. I'm sure I have it saved
@acidicloop9 ай бұрын
@@hobonickel840 yes, I have the correct cables for it, but it will put it in mono. I think what ill try next is to remove the delay and reverb from my guitar patches and just have the raw tone going into the Force. Then ill apply a pan drlay and reverb directly on that audio channel. I am thinking it will be passable
@acidicloop9 ай бұрын
@@hobonickel840 also, if your not looking for rock distortion but rather clean channel, there is an insert effect on the Force under Harmonic which is the Air Amp Sim. Those amps sound pretty good for clean channel stuff, that may suffice for you.

That's a great demonstration. How many clips can you chain together per track in one project.? Is it only 8 clips or many more?
@acidicloop Жыл бұрын
the limitatilns is with tracks not clips

as i generally use audio, plugin and drum tracks, im limited to 8 tracks of each. As far as i know i can have as many clips in a track as i want
