Man I thought my 87 GW was sweet but this one is cherry! I am rather surprised you put all that money into the 360, I know the EFI didn't improve gas mileage enough to offset the cost...and gas mileage sucks on these GW's. I am in the process of doing an LS swap in my 87 (5.3 Gen 4). I know the purest out there are frowning BUT, for mileage ,which will triple even as the HP is more that doubled PLUS the reliability of the LS is legend. You didn't mention the 4WD lever - I imagine it still works though. Amazingly enough, two days ago I started looking to replace the original armrest with a center console and BINGO! there it is. You said it came out of a 90 Ford Explorer?? I've tried to find one but they don't look like yours, could you please verify the Make, Model, year that console came out of? PS, I'm guessing you sold it.. Anyway, thanks for posting.
