Hey Queen, I can tell you a bit about MSP inspired themes. Back in the day, people used to create fan made clothing, furniture, animations, and backgrounds inspired by various artists and pop culture trends. There were themes based on Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, and more. Over the years, both the entertainment industry and the market have changed, along with stricter copyright policies. In the past decade, companies have become much more protective of their intellectual property. You might have noticed that if a new movie comes out, you often have to wait a long time before posting about it because your content could generate more engagement (and potentially more money) than the actual movie, which, while it sounds ridiculous, is just how the policy works. MSP still creates inspired themes, but they’re now at a higher risk of legal issues. With social media, these themes can sometimes gain more attention than the original product, making them more likely to face copyright claims. A good example is the "Brat Summer" theme, which wasn’t just inspired, it was straight up stolen.

it’s just another part of my ‘series’ i guess of showing themes msp *allegedly** had no permission to do, like with the charli xcx one they recently redid, renamed the theme so i doubt monster high even knows about this. also im sawwwwri i actually do like SOME gen 3 but i hate how they fully changed my fave doll (lagoona) and yeahhhh but its good that a new generation of people can experience mh even tho it’s not gonna be the same as it was back then

i totally agree with you but this is more a segment of my recent ‘suing’ videos, some of the ones are alleged and some are just me covering themes that they *allegedly* had no consent to make. i doubt mh even knows about this ngl but i really and truly miss the old dolls and movies i regret unboxing them but i was just a kid i now just order them from vinted etc but they r sooo expensive depending on the seller <3

Yayyy diva mentioned me ❤❤ By the way I did a mistake in my comment on your rascal video.. apparently they released the Monster academy theme in 2013 but released the Scary school theme in 2016 when The Og monster high was getting rebooted.. they really think we wouldn't notice 💀 if mattel saw this now they probably wouldn't care cause The first Monster high generation is finished.. all their doing now is releasing collector dolls 🤣 Another thing to add yes you spoke facts a lot of the fans hate the Reboot because it's not giving 😭
