Great video, thank you. Ever since stepping away from main social media platforms I started reading/journalling. My ability to focus improved. My energy/sleep improved. I reconnected with myself, my feelings/needs. I think it's important to find out WHY we're spending so much time on those platforms. Often it's loneliness, unprocessed trauma/grief, unfulfilled needs, dreams/desires we are not aware of, etc. Often we have this perception we're all so connected to each other through technology. But in fact it's the exact opposite. Not only we've been disconnected from each other much more but we've also been more disconnected: from our true selves 😔

Look. The look is cute, very old style. The material is solid. Now, the design is very limited. The bottle pockets are useless. The front pocket is not flexible and access to the interior is difficult. The straps will hurt and bother if you carry enough weight. It is an old design with basic features. You can find modern backpacks with ergonomic design, better materials. I was looking for a small sling-like bag to carry my family passports when we travel to keep them at hand while boarding the plane and moving through customs. I got interested in the kanken sling but after watching reviews I realize all the problems the regular sized one has all translate to the smaller one. So I just bought a Bellroy lite sacoche. This bag is just too hyped.

You talk about avoiding social media because of portrayals of "perfect life" but do you not feel like the aesthetics and vibe of this warm beige video do just that? Do you not think by posting this commentary with this video you ironically deploying that very thing you disliked?
