They cook even better under the broiler, if you don't have a grill. Flip them over every 30 seconds, until the international temperature reaches 161-163°F. Let them rest for a few minutes. If you're using Kosher salt, use 1 tsp for every pound of ground meat. Use at least 80-20 ground meat, since leaner meat won't stick to the skewers.

Too many spices to overwhelm the meat taste. Good quality meat has a flavorful aroma & needs not many spices. Simpler the better

Dang clickbait. This is not broasted chicken at all. You use a pressure cooker for the broasting procedure.

Thank you for the great recipe. Couple of questions. 1. Can u store the braided dough with the chicken filling in the refrigerator overnight and bake the bread next morning? 2. How do you recommend reheating for serving in case baked in advance?
