Most of those are ARCHIMEDEAN or ARITHMETIC spirals. In a Fibonacci or Logarithmic spiral the distance between each larger loop of the spiral increases by a factor of 1.618, in an Archimedean or Arithmetic spiral the distance between each larger loop is constant, which is what's happening here. Is there a way to make this an actual Logarithmic spiral?

1. Select the property you want to animate (e.g., Position, Rotation, Scale, etc.). 2. Alt + Click (Windows) or Option + Click (Mac) on the stopwatch icon next to the property. This opens the expression editor. For a Linear Movement: Type : value + [time * 100, 0] This will Move the layer horizontally at a speed of 100 pixels per second. Hope it helps

8:30 I dont know why but after drawing the curve and disabling Glow 2, my wave is still bright, for sure no cut as much as here. After switching off both Glow and Glow2, I got a close effect but it was grey instead of blue/teal. I have checked all the settings, and colors, and seems the same as in the tutorial but probably I missed something...

Can this be used outside of after effects? Or, you make your effects, drop in the sound, render it and that is the final product.

you can drop your sound directly into the main composition and use it with the available ready-to-render styles. You also have the flexibility to customize the project to your liking. However, please note that this work is exclusive to After Effects. The project file is available on Gumroad

That's just a suggestion for the tutorial, not the main focus. You can easily create that using Essential Graphics by adding the properties you want to access. Simply right-click on the property and select "Add to Essential Graphics.
