This has currently happened me. My expansions show in the launcher and all my cc is there. But once I go into game play either my expansion packs aren’t there or my cc isn’t there. Very very frustrated, I just wanna play my game 😢

@@PhantomSims do u mean registered with ea? Mine have been working perfectly fine up until Monday. And now when it loads (which it does perfectly fine) either my expansion packs aren’t there or else all my cc is gone. And I’m not sure what could be causing this other than an update I had on Monday

You can literally look it up yourself if you’re asking me to UPLOAD MY SAVE FILES I use I’m not doing that just get the packs you need if I DO THAT and you don’t have the packs I have your game can break or corrupt

Um Nicole hi Dear i think your a bit confused about the comment made they were basically asking me to upload my save files so they can see what packs i have/used i have almost all the packs (EPs) so my game is going to look very different compared to theirs (You can break your game if you download someone’s save file without all the necessary expansions the creator used)

Not unless you want to buy a whole new Disc copy or you could get it digitally via the website (CD keys ea.com etc) (REPUTABLE SELLERS ONLY)

You can get the items usually seen via the store elsewhere since it’s so old

It’s not registered through the Sims 3 Website that’s why register on the site after installing your packs Sims3.com

@@PhantomSimsfor me the origin set up file was still on my computer after the ea app deleted origin, so i just clicked the set up file after looking it up on my files and redownloaded it that way! ofc i may have gotten lucky and the way i did it might not work for everyone 🙃

@@PhantomSims okay so when i click origin it says to quit and restart and when i do that i keeps saying the same thing. ive tried going on EA to see if they could help and everytime i click on the help i need it tells me sims doesn’t work on my windows when it does but im so lost.

I’m not sure how to help i can try…

I’m guessing you have a Mac Computer you don’t download the 64 bit you already have it it’s just a Separate version so you don’t have to download anything i don’t think just make sure you have enough space if you have a PC you can check what version of an app you have but PCs run both 32 bit and 64 bit software so you don’t have to worry about that

Idk that’s an interesting problem maybe check the Game forums… those have helpful tips and information

Check if you have any corruption in your game or just repair it and see if that works

Check your email if you got it digitally the EA app sends you emails so don’t delete them same goes for if you buy it on Amazon they send you an email so please check your email for Game codes if it’s Sims4 (click redeem code and then type it in) If you got it from EA app or the website (Because you can purchase packs from the Site Check your downloads which has a Check mark by it and it shows in a list with your newest purchases up top you click download it downloads into your game and if you bought more than one it does the same thing just click download and it should work)

Repair your game and try again your welcome

@@PhantomSims oh no i mean origin. I just recently wanted to play sims 4 again but when finalising the download it just says download manager and it won’t install the game, but i tried to install the EA app but just keeps saying it can’t on my macbook x

Origin doesn’t have a download manager the Download manager is just where all your games go in the Ea App when you’re ready to download your purchased packs Origin has a Queue

Unless it’s from Amazon EBay or CD keys (Grey market) I’m not allowed to help you with that it’s KZbin’s policy sorry

Because you have a Cracked version of Sims 3 I am not allowed to help you Delete that version and use CDkeys.com that Site is perfectly fine if you need a cheaper alternative like the packs on there are super affordable I’m serious

From my understanding, there's something wrong with the system in general. I've recently been scavenging online to try to find solutions concerning my dlcs randomly disappearing from my launcher. They were there and all installed correctly, but now, they're gone. So far, I've done a clean uninstall of both EA Play and TS3, in addition to reinstalling on another account on my computer to see if it was something on my account that was causing the problem. I'm still having the same issue.

As i said if you’re having issues and registering doesn’t help you can rebuy it for cheaper if you need to or if you have a Physical copy you can uninstall the expansion and reinstall it

You don’t it’s kinda supposed to self transfer and then to actually play it you need to have enough storage for it especially if you have a Mac computer make sure you have a version that says 64 bit on it I got my version way too early and that’s what it looked like for me

Is there a way that you can get the 64 bit version? it only happened for a select few people in 2020 so idk how it would work now maybe you have too many things taking up storage that’s why mine didn’t work

@@PhantomSims i have 80gb unused , but my sims 3 is just completely greyed out and it only says your device doesnt support 32 bit

If you have an M1 it should work but idk why it doesn’t I have a 2015 MacBook Pro it still works but it had some issues like some editing softwares after buying them would say you have to purchase it again If you delete it off your computer I didn’t have enough storage to install all my packs etc so I had to switch (also Macs aren’t exactly Video game friendly at least in my experience) but see if you can take it in to have it fixed or ask what you need for Sims to run it does Work I promise but I think it depends on the version of the computer so take it to apple and see if they can help Oh yeah I also recommend the Sims forums + EA help
