The night l had the Holy Spirit comes visit me... suddenly days after Praise for God started pouring forth from my lips. As a safe alternative I'm looking into is the exercises that gymnasts do since those seem to work at the same type of physical benefit i.e. balance, stability, motor control, static strength, flexibility, core strength.

This is great! I felt God invite me to be water baptized immediately after I was baptized in the Holy Spirit, and this was before I had even read the bible and learned about the importance of water baptism... suddenly, I felt it in my soul that I NEEDED to be baptized. God so wants you to be baptized in water as soon as you believe!
