Great video! I never knew most of that history. It cracks me up that the original building funding was raised by selling chicken dinners. We were doing the same thing in the 70’s to raise money for youth choir tours and I’d bet that chicken dinners are still being used today! (By the way, I’m the long hair at the top of the stairs in that Sweet Spirits youth singing group. 50:years ago…sure wish I still had hair!)

Wonderful video Ross. I spent many summers in Mendenhall visiting my father as a child. This town holds a very special place in my heart. Could you tell me if there is any update on the status of the Revolving Table Hotel. Is it still on the market or has someone invested in it? Wishing you and the town all the best sir.
