@@tomkent4656 thanks for the info, i've seen him before, in another of their sketches - when they were inviting Eric Porter to their show. He was Porter's dresser. But i never knew his name. I'll look him up

@@lrcrabbenz When they moved to Thames TV initially Eddie Braben didn't go with them. Barry Cryer and John Junkin wrote some new stuff for them.but oh, did they recycle Eddie's old scripts.
