It running perfect. It is also filled with corrosion X. So if water would come in then it is still running fine.

Consider running the coolant pump at a lower voltage - will help mitigate the harsh sound.

Dag Louis, ben je nog steeds bezig met het ontwerpen van dit soort motoren? Momenteel ben ik zelf bezig met het maken van een electric aangedreven plezier boot. Zou graag wat tips willen ontvangen. Heb de motor al binnen maar twijfel tussen een aandrijving met een v-snaar naar de prop zoals in deze video of een oude outboard ombouwen met aandrijving op de as.

Maar als ik nu iets zou maken dan zou ik gaan voor direct drive waterdicht volledig onder water net als een fluistermotor. Flipsky 100kv kan je op zoeken. Zoveel efficiënter dan al het andere. 3kw continue haalt de motor wel

Tried all kind of 18 fet 24 and 36 fet. But forget this setup. There are much better solutions these days
