Excellent review Robin. Looking at getting into buying these model planes as a hobby. What are your thoughts on the JC Wings planes in terms of quality? Do you collect any other type of plane model manufacturers planes. Thanks if you reply. New sub as well.

Hello @giuseppebasile. Thanks for the comment and the sub. Most of my collection consists on Gemini jets models, some inflight200, I also have JcWings. I love Gemini jets boxes but I think inflight200 models are better detailed. Now Gemini jets & JcWings are also great models, especially because in most cases they have removible landing gear that attaches & detaches through a magnet, you also get the option of inflight mode as they include the landing gear compartment doors. Inflight 200 usually comes with landing gear already attached and can’t be removed 😕. I also have a phoenix model Etihad Airways B787-8 and it’s very detailed I love it, but it’s the only one I own. Yes this model is die cast metal. This was purchased on eBay. It was around $120.00 with shipping and handling plus tax

Never buy from dragon wings again, fire of all why are the wings so up,second Vietnam airlines doesn’t even have a 787-8, third of all the bottom should be a creamy white not grey 💀

@@apmnh3688 hello there. Yes, unfortunately. But I started wrapping the metal insert on the stand with a thin piece of paper tissue. That seems to protect the paint

Hogan is better for narrowbodies as they actual do them in 1:200 scale. Skymarks is better for widebodies in my opinion. Both are great though

are the landing gears magnetic? I have an inflight200 twa 747 100 and I really want to know if they are removable so I could pretend like it's in the air when it's on the stand. ty

I tried removing the landing gear and unfortunately it doesn’t come off. It feels like if it was glued in.

I bet a MD11 looks nice, one of the reasons why I got this model was because of the flight 191 DC 10 accident at ORD back in the late 70’s.

Beautiful aircraft! Definitely on my list, you can't beat the tri-jet! And that AA old livery is unbeaten. Especially by the new one... Awesome video!

I prefer hogan, I just got a BA-777 300ER from sky marks. Its not bad or anything but there should be more detail,and the landing gears ( not the wheels ) are tilted outwards and it looks pretty annoying when it’s on a stand or even without it.

Awesome review✅✅. What I would suggest about the music copyright issue is try to use non copyright music. Just search non copyright music and u should be able to use it without being worry on getting copyrighted. I hope this helped 👍✅.

Your American Airlines Boeing 707-120 model airplane look is from the 1960s. American got the 707 in 1959. It's first flight was from Los Angeles to New York City and it flew in 4 and a half hours. The engines are Pratt & Whitney jet engines. Their design are similar to the ones on the B-52s. American retired their 707 fleet in 1981 because they were getting the 767-200s and the 757-200s
