Oh man. I used to daydream about using Blender to make stories out of Bannerlord games. You have taken my fantasy and actually brought it to life, only for Exanima! I was using Bastioni Labs and canned animations to try to learn the animation side of things, and had followed a sculpt tutorial and got a reasonably decent full human body sculpt. Not real sure why I gave it up. It was pretty interesting. I just sort of lost steam. I hope you keep it up!

You should learn to duck under the club when it performs the RtL as a remise. Saved me many times and is very consistent on all but the adept ogre, cause the hammer is dumb. I just duck and dash out left, once im through i use the cursor to make those left dashes step me back away and in front of the ogre.

I could give it a try. I usually try to keep out his range altogether, but that could look cool.

@@KyleMacVideo its very consistent when practiced. You can walk in and attack the head when it performs LtR, duck and slip out during RtL.

Hi there. I'll be honest with you.... haven't watched your video but I have a question. Just started playing Going Medieval and my villagers are getting resources for constructing rather from around the place than from my storage/stockpile area. Why is it so?
@KyleMacVideo6 күн бұрын
They will search for any resources that are allowed, not just from stockpiles. I don’t want to speculate on the pathing, but I believe the settlers are supposed look for the nearest resource with some level of preference for taking from a stockpile. You will see strange pathing from time to time. Hope that helps.

Note: you do not need to have the cursor on the head to get a headstrike. You can use WASD movement and body rotation from the mouse movements to get headstrikes. However, it's good practice for a beginner to keep the cursor on the opponent - as your defence/blocking depends on that.

Having binged the entire series, I have to say "Bravo!" Amazing work and production all the way through! Two questions: Is there a video where you go into a bit more detail on how you create your custom filters for clothing/weapons/armor? And similarly the filters for equipment produced and deconstructed?

@project100320 күн бұрын
Just stumbled across this and WOW, I'm blown away! For those of you who may be having problems recreating the map, there are absolutely random issues with the seeds *sometimes*. I got this one to work, but I have had problems getting other recent seeds to work properly. I like to do copycat runs where I do KZbinrs maps in my own playstyle. I've had a couple where the map will look the same in the big, overview where you can choose your terrain, but one or more of the Valley/Hillside/Mountain/Marsh locations will be different. Which, of course, changes the entire map once you load in. Unfortunately, it seems like there's no real rhyme or reason to which ones will work.
@KyleMacVideo20 күн бұрын
Thank you! I’m told that when the game has a major update, such as it did some weeks ago, that it changes the map seeds. Surprised it still works given the large update not long ago. Glad you got it work Project1003, it’s a cool map. If you ever find clay let me know!
@project100319 күн бұрын
@@KyleMacVideo Yes, I've heard the same thing about updates/hotfixes changing the map seeds, but it is inconsistent. Your seed worked fine for me and the video is dated 2 months ago. I tried a seed from another KZbinr doing a Lone Wolf playthrough dated 3 months ago and the map was kinda similar but had some big differences in the presence of a deep, meandering river. But then I tried a seed from another KZbinr doing a standard, 3-settler playthrough dated 5 months ago and that map was identical as far as I could tell. So it seems to be somewhat random as to whether the seeds change or not. I'll just keep trying ones that look interesting and hoping for the best.
@KyleMacVideo19 күн бұрын
That's interesting. I've had some people tell me that they could not get the map seed to work correctly. If I ever find out why, I maybe will add it to the videos descriptions.

@@KyleMacVideo Not exactly. It let's you play around with the game colors. From the reshade website: "ReShade is a generic post-processing injector for games and video software developed by crosire.
