You can't be everywhere all the time and you can't do all the jobs yourself. So trying to work on a way to delegate, even in a small way is a great thing.

There have always been two things I look for when I'm hiring: are you coachable and do you have a growth mindset? Simple as that. I'll take a person that has both of these over a person that only has one of these any day.

This pandemic has definitely caused so many of us to rethink our work and what we want long term. I've had people reach out asking whether they should or shouldn't make career shifts at the moment.
