I think this was actually full power. Delta’s A321neos are equipped with Pratt & Whitney engines which don’t produce the buzzsaw as much. The A320/A321neos that have the buzzsaws are the ones equipped with CFM LEAP 1A engines. I always preferred the CFM Leap

It’s because it’s not at full power, most planes usually use around 75% power during takeoff to save fuel

@@EdwardKstoryny Not to save fuel, to save engine life. Gas turbine engines are most efficient at full power.

They actually do ! In fact, pilots take off in Flex thrust, meaning it's far from its full power. Listen to them while they are in full power, you'll see !

Boeing should have binned the 737 after the NG series and worked on a 757 version rather than create that boondoggle 737MAX. Lower the landing gear, add LEAP engines, shorten the fuselage for the 150 Pax market and keep it the same for the 200 Pax market and you have a reliable efficient '757MAX'.

@@hehepro4832The plane was on Lax-Sydney route. Any plane would take long. Super heavy from all the fuel. It's flying one of the longest route in the world.
