For a back feed into your house you need to have an electrician install an interlock on your house main. That’s why it’s expensive. This is so you don’t kill the guy working on the downed line. It’s such a marketing tactic. They should be paying for the entire install.

Another guy did the same and had time to go on an incline and they gave the locking differential and all the off-road obstacles became very easy. So the Cybertruck is an OFF-ROAD TRUCK and a high-speed SPORTS CAR in ONE. So far no SUV can outrun the Cybertruck Beast, and the HUMMER with 1000 hp was left behind by 5 cars in length, yes some of the problems should be voiced out to TESLA to be repaired, and the new version like 2025 will be more refined cause they are using the latest 4680 batteries that will increase the range and power plus maybe they will make it more off-road capable and hope it does not affect the Sport car performance..

What I don’t understand, why did you buy the truck when you knew the software wasn’t done? This exact same thing happened to the model X. Nothing worked on it when I took delivery of it. FSD was non-existent 7 1/2 yrs ago, and even now is still lacking despite all the rave reviews of “no interventions”. I can’t go a mile at times without the fsd doing something dumb or not even working ( like changing lanes and it doesn’t move). FYI -I am a Tesla fan boy with a brain. I own the stock and have many teslas (X, 3, Y). With that said, I agree that the cyber truck has fallen way short in the stuff that matters: range - especially with towing, seating, clearance, price.

People don't buy this thing to go offroading, they buy it to tell the world they have so much money that they can throw away $100,000.

Needing to use a front locker for a basic bump is pathetic. This excuse that its problems are becuse it doesnt have them enabled is missing the whole point. You shouldnt need it to climb a tiny hump. The wheels should stay on the gound and they absolutly dont. Its worse at everything a truck is supposed to be good at. Other than being electric and its speed, it doesnt match a stock tacoma in any capability offroad. Modern wheelers think lockers are standard normal wheeling kit..... FFS The stuff I did with no locker and sometimes even open diffs would make the cybersuck fall apart....

got my FS email back on 5/23 I made the determination to wait already before then , glad you put this video out I needed it. I have been seriously considering pulling the trigger for a late FS but think I'll save the money. I will be buying FSD so it's not saving me the whole 20k but still seems like a waste of 12k+/- just to get it a little earlier.

I wouldn't apologize at all for SD not being included on release... they have had years during development (years late I might add) of the truck to get the software ported and calibrated to it. The feature should have been delivered at launch. FSD has always been and still is a huge pile of broken promises.

That hill "climb" says it all. You shouldnt NEED lockers for that. If you could keep more than two wheels on the ground, wich this POS cant.... they use lockers to make up for the fact the suspension cant keep the tires on the ground properly. Cant even beat a crossover..... what a joke.

If Teslas were ANY other vehicle, they would be uniformly panned by owners and the automotive press. I can’t believe anybody thinks it’s acceptable to get a new vehicle with parts missing or falling off, the wheel covers destroying your tires much less have to wait a month and a half to get the problems corrected. BTW, I had to laugh at the guy thinking that Tesla would fix the rattles in his new vehicle. In a Tesla, endless rattles are a feature not a bug.

Glad you had fun at Hidden Falls. I've been there but I have a moded jeep built to rock crawl. There are some very difficult obstacles out there. Think you got the wheeling bug now.
