One things for sure they're not hitting hard enough to cause a skull fracture open a head injury loss of brain. Outside of these fun filled facts there deftly not hitting as hard as they could be. Because they don't know the differences between a traditional good clean diet and high sources of nutrition because in truth they should be able to punch 500 times in 5 minutes with each punch equaling 900 pounds and up of pressure per square inch and they should be able to do this for 45 minutes straight.
