Hello, my mother was diagnosed with this SMARCA4 and our oncologist stated there is Nothing out here to help. Could someone help me understand this type of cancer? Thank you in advance.

the presentation was amazing. You daughters Chicago (proud tall slightly crooked/ rickety but stark building overpowering the map) reminded me of the Sandburg Poem "Chicago" and the words in that poem are so beautiful I can't remember them without a few tears , so I had to take a break after the HGUC case to wipe my glasses (for pathology and art- Ut pictrora poeises

I am not surprised at the lack of ASC-H - in my 30 yrs of experience in screening/interpreting Pap Tests - pathologists are unlikely to sign out atrophic smears as ASC-H in the multiple places I have worked (~25 pathologists). They are more likely to depend on the HPV results from reflex cases or get a follow-up Pap with or without a biopsy to be more precise in diagnostics.

Hello, I am from Philadelphia. I am so happy today because I am free from (HSV 2) and (HPV). I have been having this Virus since the past two years now, and I have passed through many different processes in getting cured from the Virus, but nothing was working out. A friend of mine introduced me to Herbal Doctor called (Dr Alaho Adebayo Olu) On KZbin, who sent me an HSV 2 & HPV herbal remedy and my life got transformed and everything is fine and ok with me.🌿🌿

Thank you for your discussion. Always retest subsequent surgical specimens that were negative for p16 (on cytology specimens) - that’s sensible good practice. Please note that p16 is correlated with PDL-1 expression, which can definitely affect therapeutic options for patients of variable surgical candidacy. Hence, it is imperative to not only get the right answer, but in appropriate cases also to point out the possibility of a false negative, so that subsequent biopsies are retested. In my practice, we are very liberal about repeating these tests and we have a lot of reflex molecular testing that confirms the relationship between p16 and PDL-1 on individual cases. Using common sense when evaluating specimens is an important part of providing personalized care and cancer diagnosis/treatment. Thank you again for your presentation.

could you explain what "P16 shows intense contiguous nuclear and cytoplasmic staining, consistent with hgsil" on a cervical biopsy? I'm not sure if I'm just not comprehending, but I cannot find a specific definite answer.
