Memphis actually does more than sweet sauce. For Ribs, dry rub ribs are king. Even on pulled pork, not all places serve a sweet sauce. Some places serve a vinegar-based sauced similar to Western NC BBQ sauce

Bodean's in Soho has been ruined. No longer has counter service with ticket call out orders. The vibe and energy of the place has been diffused. Its been taken over and rebranded for no reason.

The best bbq I’ve ever had in my life came from Big Bob Gibsons Famous BBQ in Alabama..no sauce needed for sure!..literally the best food I’ve ever eaten in my whole life!

Love Rendezvous! Really interesting taste, because of that charcoal cook. Memphis is a weird, cool place. Not too far away from this restaurant is Dyer's where they deep fry burgers in what they claim is oil they've never changed since the restaurant opened.
