Ponche de cream doesn't have to be made with puncheon, any white rum will do. It's called "Ponche de creame" because it's translated, "cream punch"

😊 this is the Recipe i been looking for ages so the key is to buy ground lamb and bake it and then cut it into pices :D i tryed tosting raw lamb in hot oil and i didnt like the taste but when u bake it first and u then tost it in hot oil then it comes out good 🤷♂ i love this so much :D

Thank you so much for this video, I am trying this recipe tonight! May I ask, does the lamb come out fully cooked from the oven? I am debating whether I'd prefer to let the lamb sit in the oven longer instead of sauteing it on the pan. Thank you again!

Sorry for the late response but yes the lamb comes out fully cooked from the oven... the sauté gives it a bit more flavor (depends on how you like it)
